Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research papers describing specific challenges, proposing novel solutions, or presenting significant advancements relevant to the scope of the conference. Submissions must be in English and follow the official LNCS Paper Format . Papers must be 12 to 15 pages long, including figures, tables, and references. Submissions exceeding the page limit may be subject to an extra page fee.

All papers must be submitted in PDF format through the Microsoft CMT Submission Portal.



Submit Paper

Registration Information

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee to present the paper in the conference. The full fee includes the attendance of the conference, the access to the proceedings. All payments are non-refundable.

- Any payment made after this registration deadline has to pay an additional $100 as a penalty.
- Extra page charges will apply for more than 15 pages in LNCS format

Note

  • In the description for the payments, you must mention your paper information as shown below:
    PaperID_FirstAuthorName
    Replace PaperID with your paper ID and name of the first author.
  • Please send a proof of the registration payment to info@icaginc.com
  • Student must send a valid student ID along with the receipt.

Review Process

  • All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 2 independent reviewers. Additional reviewers will be consulted if required.
  • All papers will be checked for plagiarism. The similarity index must not exceed 15%. Papers exceeding this limit will be automatically rejected.
  • Paper acceptance will be based on originality, technical quality, significance, and clarity of presentation.
  • Authors must ensure that their submissions are original and not under consideration elsewhere.

Awards & Participation

  • All accepted papers that are presented will be awarded a presentation certificate.
  • The Best Paper certificate will be awarded to the author(s) of the best paper. The selection will be based on reviewers' comments and recommendations of the session chair.
